We offer the following payment methods. Choose the payment method that is best for you.

PostFinance: E-Finance & PostFinance-Karte

A popular Swiss means of payment. If you have an account with PostFinance, you can use both payment methods: e-finance and PostFinance Card. You can use your PostFinance account to pay for your order on muau.ch conveniently, securely and by transfer. We will cover the transaction costs for you, so there are no additional fees.

PayPal

One of the leading providers of online payment solutions. If you have a Paypal account, you can also pay your orders through your Paypal account.

Credit card: MasterCard, Visa & American Express

Pay safely and comfortably with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. We take over the transaction costs for you, so there are no additional fees. If the credit card transaction was successful, the invoice amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The credit card will then be charged when the order is shipped. If the transaction is not successful, the order will be cancelled automatically. Please contact your bank or credit card provider for questions on this matter. Security by means of encrypted SSL procedure when paying by credit card.

TWINT

Easy and fast payment via App. TWINT guarantees you a comfortable and secure payment process via Smartphone. With this payment method the same security standards apply as with a bank transfer or credit card payment. Through the cooperation of the six largest banks in Switzerland (UBS, CS, Raiffeisen, ZKB, BCV and Postfinance), a secure local data storage of all users is guaranteed. The use and download of the app is of course free of charge.

purchase on account (swissbilling)

As a partner of swissbilling, we offer you the most secure payment process for purchases on account. The invoice will be sent to you separately after your order from swissbilling. You can decide if you want to receive the invoice either by e-mail or by post. The maximum order value for your first order via swissbilling for new customers is CHF 350.00. The payment period is 30 days. Paying with swissbilling means for you: generous deadlines, individual payment options, maximum flexibility and freedom to complete your purchase. For security reasons, the billing address and the delivery address must match. Before the transaction is approved, swissbilling reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment at CRIF AG in Zurich (Tel.: +41 44 913 50 50, www.crif.ch).

Prepayment

Would you like to pay your order by cash in advance? After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the information, account data (IBAN, account number). We will ship your order as soon as we have received your payment. For the bank transfer please indicate the following bank details. Indicate your order number in the reason for payment on the bank transfer so that we can allocate the payment to your order immediately. The delivery times can only be kept after receipt of payment.
