Over a period of one year you will receive the SCHMUCKBOX Silver four times with three unique pieces of jewellery each, which have been lovingly selected and coordinated by our team - inspired by the latest trends and the respective season. You will receive your SCHMUCKBOX delivered to your home free of charge and traceable. Take advantage of our silver SCHMUCKBOX subscription and get 12 pieces of silver jewellery - spread over 4 deliveries over a period of one year.
1.3. SCHMUCKBOX Subscription Gold
You love jewellery in gold and surprises? Then the SCHMUCKBOX in Gold Subscription is just right for you. Over a period of one year, you will receive the SCHMUCKBOX Gold four times, each containing two unique pieces of jewellery lovingly selected and coordinated by our team - inspired by the latest trends and the season in question. You will receive your SCHMUCKBOX delivered to your home free of charge and traceable. Take advantage of our gold subscription and get 8 pieces of gold jewellery - distributed over 4 deliveries over a period of one year.
1.4. SCHMUCKBOX – Real Jewellery
With your SCHMUCKBOX you will receive only real jewellery. In contrast to costume jewellery, real jewellery has a lasting material value and is therefore also an investment. Pieces of jewellery can only be called real jewellery if they are made mainly of precious metals or real jewels.
You can choose between silver and gold for your SCHMUCKBOX:
Sterling silver or real silver is an alloy of 92.5 percent pure silver and 7.5 percent other metals. Due to the foreign metal content, sterling silver is much harder than fine silver and is used for the production of silver jewellery and cutlery.
Gold is a precious metal with a light yellow colour and a special shine, which is very valuable due to its rarity.

The boxes are always dispatched on the following four dates per year: 31 December, 31 March, 30 June and 30 September. You will receive the box 2 - 3 days later by post.
3.5. Dispatch times SCHMUCKBOX gift voucher
We send the SCHMUCKBOX gift vouchers (gift box) always after receipt of your order. They reach you within the next 2-3 working days.
3.6. How can I change my adress?
You can easily change your address in your personal SCHMUCKBOX profile.
4. Payment
4.1. How can I pay?
Your SCHMUCKBOX is always a one-time purchase. You pay once and receive your SCHMUCKBOX either once or four times. Currently we offer the following payment methods:

- Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa & American Express,
- TWINT,
- Purchase on account (swissbilling).

5. Subscription
5.1. What subscription models are available?
At the moment we offer the SCHMUCKBOX as a silver subscription and the SCHMUCKBOX as a gold subscription. If you decide for one of the subscriptions, you will receive 4 deliveries of your SCHMUCK .
5.2. How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription expires automatically. You do not need to do anything else. After delivery of your fourth SCHMUCKBOX, your silver or gold subscription will end automatically. Do you want to renew it? We are happy. Just order a new SCHMUCKBOX subscription and you can look forward to the next SCHMUCKBOX.
5.3. How do I renew my subscription?
You want to extend it? We are pleased. Just order a new SCHMUCKBOX subscription and you can look forward to the next SCHMUCKBOX.
5.4. I already have a SCHMUCKBOX subscription and have also received a gift voucher for the same box. Do I have to register again to redeem it?
No, you can redeem the voucher directly. To do so, log into your customer account and redeem the gift voucher under "My orders". The duration (number of deliveries) will be credited automatically.
5.5. Can I upgrade my subscription?
Unfortunately no, this is currently not possible.
6. Gift vouchers
6.1. How can I order a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be easily and conveniently ordered online at schmuck-box.ch. Choose the SCHMUCKBOX you would like to give away. At the moment we offer gift vouchers for the SCHMUCKBOX with a silver subscription and SCHMUCKBOX with a gold subscription.
We will be happy to send you the voucher as a PDF file by e-mail or as a gift voucher in a gift box to your address (+ 8.90 CHF).

We offer two types of gift vouchers: SCHMUCKBOX Silver Subscription and SCHMUCKBOX Gold Subscription. We are looking forward to your order.

6.4. I have redeemed my gift voucher. What happens next?
Once you have redeemed your gift voucher, the next step is to enter your delivery address for the box. Afterwards you can access your personal SCHMUCKBOX profile. Here you can enter your personal jewellery sizes and when you would like to receive your first box (we deliver regularly on 31 December, 31 March, 30 June and 30 September). By indicating your sizes we can customise your SCHMUCKBOX and you will only receive jewellery that fits you. As soon as you have entered your details, we will do everything possible to ensure that you receive your SCHMUCKBOX at the time you want it.
6.5. Can a purchased gift voucher be exchanged for cash?
Unfortunately no, but you can redeem your voucher immediately for the selected subscription box.
6.6. Can I upgrade my purchased gift voucher?
Unfortunately no, this is currently not possible. However, you can redeem your voucher immediately for the selected subscription box.
6.7. When does the gift voucher expire?
The gift voucher is valid for two years.
7. Pieces of jewellery
7.1. How do I determine my ring size?
The inner ring circumference is used as ring size. You can find out the correct inner ring circumference with a thread or a piece of paper. Wrap the thread or paper tightly around the place on the finger where you want to wear the rings and measure the length. The inner circumference of the ring is then the length in millimetres.

7.2. How do I care for my jewellery properly?
Just like with yourself, you have to give the jewellery some care.
Here we list a few more tips so that nothing stands in the way of a long-lasting relationship between you and your jewellery!

- You should do these activities without jewellery to protect your jewellery:
- Sport, as the perspiration that is released can damage the jewellery to an excessive degree,
- Showers/baths - water in general,
- Sleep,
- Taking a sauna and steam bath as well as all activities under the strong sun or at high temperatures (Especially with silver),
- Contact with chemicals in cosmetics, detergents and perfumes.
- Place of storage
The ideal place for the safe storage of your jewellery is in a SCHMUCKBOX, which you will receive from us with every delivery. It is important that the pieces of jewellery are always stored separately. This protects them from unwanted scratches. Rings are best kept in plugs. - Care of silver and gold jewellery
Wash your jewellery either with water only or in combination with very mild soap. The use of more aggressive soaps can damage surfaces in the long run; this is especially true for non-rhodium plated silver. You always receive a MUAU polishing cloth with your jewellery boxes, which is excellent for cleaning your gold or silver jewellery. ATTENTION: Gold should never be near chlorine, otherwise it will result in a weakening or even complete loss of colour. - Care of pearls
Pearls in particular should be handled with great care - pearls consist of organic substances, including water, which makes them particularly sensitive to water or soaps.
We recommend washing pearls only with a soft cloth to remove sweat and cosmetics after each use, thus guaranteeing the long life of the pearls. It is best to store pearls in a dry environment in a small cloth bag. - Diamonds and precious stones
Diamonds and clear gemstones such as emerald, aquamarine, ruby, sapphire and topaz are known for their hardness, yet diamonds and other precious stones can be damaged. Although diamonds have a hardness of 10 out of 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, they can be shattered by a hard blow. For this reason, harder blows on gems should be avoided. As a rule, however, cleaning with these rarities is usually uncomplicated. Please note that diamonds and gemstones must be stored separately, as this prevents unwanted scratches. - Closures
We recommend applying a drop of oil for closures of necklaces and bracelets that are difficult to move. Afterwards, the clasp can be checked for proper functioning. If necessary, it is worth adding several drops of oil. Afterwards, the remaining oil residues can be easily removed with a little lukewarm water. It is best to dry your necklace or bracelet immediately.

9. General information
9.1. Exchange and return
Because we pack your SCHMUCKBOX individually, an exchange is generally excluded. If there is something wrong with the delivery of your box, if the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at office@schmuck-box.ch. Send us pictures with the damaged goods and tell us your personal data (surname, first name, reference number of the SCHMUCKBOX). We will contact you as soon as possible and discuss the further procedure so that you can enjoy your SCHMUCKBOX again.
9.2. Broken products - return
Your SCHMUCKBOX will be packed by us with the utmost care and is subject to strict quality control before shipping. If there is anything wrong with the delivery of your box, if the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at office@schmuck-box.ch. Send us pictures with the damaged goods and tell us your personal details (last name, first name, SCHMUCKBOX reference number). We will contact you as soon as possible and discuss the further procedure so that you can enjoy your SCHMUCKBOX again.
9.3. Fair Trade and Green Gold
Fair Trade jewellery is produced under humane working conditions and thus promotes the establishment of the ethics of each individual craftsman and woman.
Green Gold Jewellery, are pieces of jewellery made of COC certified gold. The certification maintains the highest standards of human rights, social responsibility and ecology. It also supports the "Conflict-Free Gold Standard", which means that no warring parties are supported.

9.4. Sustainability
SCHMUCKBOX is increasingly focusing on the selection of Fair Trade and Green Gold jewellery. But also with regard to the packaging material, great importance is attached to sustainability. For example, the shipping cartons are made of completely recyclable corrugated cardboard.
9.5. Can I also reorder the jewellery individually?
Unfortunately no – we carefully match the pieces of jewellery per box. We would like to make your deliveries, which reach you four times a year, as unique as possible, therefore individual pieces of jewellery cannot be ordered.
